We are primarily a B2B wholesale provider, proudly supplying hospitals, clinics, veterinary facilities, hotels, teaching institutions, and professional associations. However, due to growing demand, we also welcome retail customers and do our best to support individual orders whenever possible.

WIO is our signature and most-loved collection of medical scrubs and uniforms, known for its exceptional quality, comfort, and affordability. Available in women’s, men’s, and unisex styles, each piece is tailored for a polished, professional fit that lasts through the most demanding shifts.

With a variety of solid colours and fun prints, WIO lets you express your personality while maintaining workplace standards. From hospitals and dental clinics to veterinary practices and clinical spas, WIO is designed for everyday performance and long-lasting comfort.

Crafted from soft, breathable, stretch fabrics, WIO blends fashion, function, and value—making it your dependable wardrobe partner for any healthcare setting.


3. What is the MAD Collection and who is it for?

The MAD Collection is where modern elegance meets sustainability. Made from predominantly organic and biodegradable fabrics, MAD is designed for spa and wellness professionals who want to reflect their commitment to beauty and environmental care through every detail they wear.

Featuring serene pastels like dusty pink, ivory, calming blues, and soft beige, MAD uniforms are ideal for beauticians, spa teams, wellness clinics, and boutique hotels looking to elevate their image with chic, eco-conscious attire.

Every garment is tailored with unconventional cuts and luxuriously soft fabrics, delivering both comfort and sophistication in harmony with your space.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

While wholesale orders are prioritized, we aim to dispatch all retail orders within 7–14 business days. We appreciate your patience as we scale to meet increasing demand from both our institutional and individual customers.


5. Which size charts should I use?

We offer two distinct sizing guides:

  • WIO Size Chart –  Designed with a European slim fit for a clean, tailored appearance, WIO is our high-quality, affordable scrubs and uniforms line—offering vibrant style, professional fit, and all-day comfort for healthcare professionals.

  • MAD Size ChartMAD is our eco-luxury collection of spa and wellness uniforms—crafted from mostly biodegradable fabrics with serene styling for conscious professionals. Also follows a slim fit profile, ideal for refined, elegant silhouettes. 

Please take accurate body measurements and compare them to the appropriate chart before placing your order.


6. What’s your return policy?

  • Canadian orders: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • U.S. orders: At this time, we cannot accept returns from the U.S. due to cross-border shipping constraints.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached, and shipped in original packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection.


7. What if my scrubs don’t fit or arrive defective?

If your order arrives with a defect or doesn't fit properly, please contact our team at info@scrubletic.com.

  • Retail customers may be eligible for return or exchange, depending on item condition and timing.

  • Wholesale clients: We will collaborate with you to find a solution, which may include alterations, replacements, or refunds based on your specific needs.


8. Can I customize or brand uniforms with my logo?

Yes! We offer custom embroidery and branding services for institutions. Logos, names, department IDs, and similar personalization can be applied for a low setup fee. Bulk embroidery pricing is available upon request.


9. Do you offer discounts for bulk or institutional clients?

Absolutely. We provide volume-based pricing and exclusive discounts to institutional partners, including veterinary clinics, hospitals, and hospitality groups.
Our clients include VetCircle members, OAVT members, and other associations via our Proteq Medical partnership.
Retail customers may also benefit from seasonal promotions and limited-time offers.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping for wholesale clients. If you are an institutional buyer outside of Canada or the U.S., please contact us directly to coordinate shipping and customs requirements.


12. Do you offer fabric samples or swatches?

We are happy to provide fabric swatches or sample garments for wholesale inquiries or large orders. Please get in touch with our team to request materials and details.
